Our Team of Specialists

All of the physicians at Main Line Allergy, LLP, are board certified diplomats of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. They are all formally trained in both pediatric and adult allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology, are all members/fellows of both the American Academy and American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

All hold staff appointments at Bryn Mawr Hospital, The Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia, and/or St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.

Dr. Jack M. Becker graduated from Temple University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He then trained in Allergy and Immunology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. His academic career has included positions on the faculty of MCP/Hahnemann University, Temple University, and Drexel University College of Medicine. He is a nationally recognized expert in the field of sports and asthma. He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Asthma and Allergy Association and is presently the chair of the Asthma Mortality Committee and vice-chair of the Sports Medicine Committee for the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology. He has been selected by Philadelphia Magazine as “Top Doc – Allergy/Immunology”. Dr. Becker joined Main Line Allergy in January of 2007, where he sees pediatric and adult patients in our Horsham and Ardmore offices. He holds staff appointments at Bryn Mawr Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. He has given hundreds of lectures on a variety of topics relating to asthma and allergy and is published on many subjects from exercise induced asthma to food allergies. His interests include inner city and sports asthma, food allergy and anaphylaxis.

Dr. A. Geoffrey DiDario graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his first internship training program in adult medicine at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA, and practiced adult medicine in the United States Navy. Dr. DiDario left active duty, completed his second residency training program in Pediatrics at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, and then fellowship training in Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University/duPont Hospital for Children, where he focused his research on pediatric asthma and eczema/atopic dermatitis. He is published in national medical journals and also is a member of several national and state specialty medical societies. He has been selected by Suburban Life magazine as a “Top Physician”, Main Line Today magazine as a “Top Doctor”, and Philadelphia Magazine as a “Top Doc for Kids” and “Top Doc – Allergy/Immunology,” . Dr. DiDario joined Main Line Allergy in the summer of 2007, where he sees pediatric and adult patients in our Ardmore and King of Prussia offices. He holds a staff appointment at Bryn Mawr Hospital. His areas of special interest include asthma, seasonal allergies, vocal cord dysfunction, atopic dermatitis/eczema,and food allergies.

Dr. Janet Beausoleil graduated from The University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatrics residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and her fellowship in Clinical Allergy and Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Beausoleil was a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and an attending physician at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for 11 years. She is a member of several national and local medical societies, and past President of the Pennsylvania Allergy and Asthma Association. She has been selected by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Top Doc for Kids” and “Top Doc – Allergy/Immunology,” and by Main Line Today magazine as a “Great Doc for Kids”. She has authored many publications in national medical journals and has lectured internationally on asthma and allergies. She joined Main Line Allergy in the summer of 2009 and sees patients in our King of Prussia and Ardmore offices. She holds staff appointments at Bryn Mawr Hospital and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her special interests include food allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis and asthma.

Dr. Jennifer Kannan graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and her fellowship in both adult and pediatric allergy at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kannan was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates in Washington, D.C. for 3 years. She is a member of local and national societies and has been published in several national medical journals on a variety of topics in the Allergy and Immunology field. Dr. Kannan joined Main Line Allergy in the summer of 2019, where she sees adult and pediatric patients in our King of Prussia and Ardmore offices. She holds a staff appointment at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Her special interests include chronic hives, drug allergies, asthma, and allergic rhinitis.

Dr. Hillary Gordon graduated from Sydney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She completed her Pediatrics residency training at University of Maryland Medical Center and her fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University/ Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware. Previously, Dr. Gordon was an Attending Physician at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware and an Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University. She is a member of national and state medical societies, has authored publications in national medical journals, and has been selected by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Top Doc” in Pediatric Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Gordon is joining Main Line Allergy in February 2023, where she will see adult and pediatric patients in our Ardmore office. Her special interests include food allergy, allergic rhinitis, and asthma.
